Peopleship protects the privacy of (potential) customers and handles their (personal) data with care. Peopleship respects the privacy of all users of its website, applications and platforms, and ensures that the personal information provided to it is treated confidentially and with care.

This privacy policy is solely intended to inform you about how personal data is processed in connection with our website. The privacy policy relating to our products (platforms and applications) can be found here.

Use of Personal Data
Visitors interested in Peopleship’s services and who desire more information may register via the online contact form or by personally getting in touch with us. This is how you provide us with your personal information. Peopleship shall only use this personal information to contact you in connection with products or services concerning which you have expressed an interest. Your e-mail address will also be included in our database for our newsletter and events, seminars, etc.

Inspection, correction and removal
Users may always know what personal information concerning them is maintained by Peopleship. They may request inspection of such information, point out inaccuracies if any, or suggest changes therein. They may also protest at any time against the use of their personal data to send newsletters and invites to events, seminars, etc. The “unsubscribe” link may be used for this purpose, or, if no such link is available, an e-mail may be sent to hello@peopleship.be. Such requests will be handled within 4 weeks, subject to the provision of proof of identity.

Storage and security
Various applications, commercially used by Peopleship, are used to store personal information. This data is stored within the EU. Peopleship’s applications are protected through technical and organisational measures to best prevent the loss or use of users’ personal information.

Third parties
In some cases, Peopleship uses external service providers who are provided with users’ personal information for purposes of providing their services. Examples comprise Peopleship’s external suppliers such as office automation, storage, e-mail, telephony services. These external parties may only use such personal information for that specific purpose and may not independently use or pass on personal information.

General/website
Peopleship likes to stay informed about the number of visitors to its website. The identity of the visitors is not important. Thus no specific personally identifiable information is stored or retained. The following information is however maintained in anonymised form: the number of visitors, which part of the site is (most) visited, the time of the visits, the country from which the site is visited, in addition to general information about the software used by the visitor. This information helps Peopleship continuously optimise the website.

By using this website, you give us your consent to collect data and information for the purposes set out above. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes to the version on this page so that you are always informed about what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

What information is collected?

We do not request personal information, but only feedback about your experience/s during your job application, onboarding, or further cooperation with colleagues.

Why is this information collected?

To help continuously gain new insights into the perception and experience of applicants, new employees and colleagues who work together as a team, so that employers can get to work immediately.

How is this information used?

All feedback is given and collected anonymously. The data is visualised anonymously. No personal data will be requested or stored. Only a device ID is retained. The device data can never be traced back to you personally or provide access to other data on your device.

With whom do we share this information?

The information is contained in dashboards without a link to you personally and is used for research and by companies. Employers can consult the anonymous data to learn from it and improve themselves.

For how long is your information retained?

Since no personal information is retained, and all data is anonymised, this information is kept for as long as necessary and may also be used in further studies or research.

Can you access your information?

Depending on where you are in your employee journey, you will receive feedback or tips based on your answers. This does not mean that you can access your answers, i.e. you cannot modify them.
